Be sure to use the supplied USB cable, when you charge Bluetens the orange LED should be on. If this is the case, leave the device charging until the orange LED turns off. In that moment, the battery will be full.

If the orange LED does not light up, try charging the device with a different USB cable. If it works, contact us so that we can replace the USB cable.
